Since we had a late flight, I contacted Arianna before we arrived and arranged for an airport pickup. Arianna was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. B&B is very clean, quiet and has a well-equipped kitchen shared by 3 rooms. It is located 5 minutes from the entrance to the Pompeii Archaeological Park, the gateway to the amphitheater. Across the street is a cafe with breakfast. There are 3 train stations in Pompeii. Easy access to Vesuvius (bus 808), Herculaneum/Ercolano, Naples or Sorrento (Circumvesuviana). From Sorrento you can get by boat/ferry to Amalfi or Positano. Arianna thank you very much for your hospitality Dorota&Pawel

Domus Balcante is a great place to stay. Literally 2 minutes from Pompei gate and bus stop to Vesuvius. Accommodation is great - all new and clean. Great shared kitchen and great staff.

Fantastic place, very clean with shared kitchen area to make use of. Drunks in fridge which could be purchased and very reasonably priced. Great location close to town centre and train stations. Loved it.

Even though we arrived at the hotel after check-in time, Arianna and Pasquale came to the desk and welcomed us with smiles and sincerities. The room and bathroom were remarkably clean and the beds were very comfortable. Although we checked out the next morning, they let us leave our bags at the hotel while we toured the Pompei ruins. They were very kind in helping us with everything we asked. The location of the hotel was also excellent. A five minute walk from the ruins, the city centre and the train station. There are many good restaurants around.

Everything was brilliant. Clean, close to the ruins entrance and restaurants. Kitchen was common area so you can store and cook your own food. Arianna and her family were very accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. We were allowed to leave our bags while we explored the last of the ruins before leaving Pompeii. Highly recommended!!

The location is outstanding, right opposite the entry to the ruins, and in the close by restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Our hosts were welcoming and the room was ideal. Spacious and with a well set up en suite. Could not be happier!

Arianna was very helpful and could speak English and told us everything we needed to know. Perfect location in the heart of Pompeii next door to ruins and city life and amenities.
