Very spacious, clean room with a nice balcony. Calm street but a great central location, 1 minute to the beach. Even without AC it was quite comfortable to sleep as fresh air from the sea is coming to the room. Ani is a polite and nice host, there was no problems with my late check in (around the midnight). There is one 'blue' area close by to park the car (near some sport complex). Room has a small fridge and a cattle. Great deal for a short stay.
