Overall the hotel is excellent - spacious room, good spa centre, the quality of the food is excellent (they even have vegan options). I'm very happy with all my spa treatments and would recommend the hotel.

The hotel is spacious, close to the beach, has very good services including SPA and the food on half-board was tasty with a great variety of dishes.

I felt a negative attitude towards myself because I made the order on Booking and not directly on the hotel's website. When you order on the website, you get dinner for free. If you order a hotel in Booking, dinner will be offered to you only for money, but in that case it is more interesting to have dinner in the city. During 11 days, not a single staff member smiled. Answers to our questions were unkind, but sometimes there were none, because many staff members had problems with English. Mostly Bulgarians in the hotel. The biggest test was the attack of small flies. There were thousands of dead and live flies on the balcony, they got into the room at night. The number and size of towels were not appropriate for a 5-star hotel. There was no light in the closet because it was broken. The request to fix it was ignored. The phone to call reception had a broken wire. The closet shelves were dirty, I got my clothes dirty. Access to half of the cabinet is limited - the door cannot be pushed back. Door opening is not timed correctly. Old fashioned rooms. The hall has been renovated. It is very beautiful. Only the hall corresponds to a 5-star hotel. The SPA area is in good condition, but there are a lot of people there. Although it is said that you should not use towels to take up space in the SPA area, people still do it even in the sauna. Breakfast was good, even 2 types of soup were always available at breakfast. But it's definitely not a 5-star hotel breakfast. For example, there was no salad, no fish. The restaurant has 4 stars on the sign. I do not regret that I chose this hotel, because the SPA had therapeutic mineral water, the sea is nearby, however, if you are used to good service and post-Soviet interior and communication are not acceptable to you, be careful with the reservation.

Grand Hotel Pomorie is our favorite and preferred holiday hotel. the hotel is big and very nice, clean and very quiet, the staff is friendly, the food is good, there is the best spa and other procedures, the hotel has a very nice view. everything is wonderful. All this has only to be experienced in order to be appreciated

The hotel has two outside pools with lots of chairs and umbrellas which is very nice. Very close to the beach. The food had a lot of variety which was great and half different every evening.
