I felt home. It’s really value for money - especially for the family who runs it. Shanta and his wife did their best to make me feel welcome and taken care of - they are so kind and friendly. I also had dinner here and it was homemade and delicious. The room is simple but you have the basic conditions you need. The location is also good - even though it’s a bit far from the ruins, the way to it is by the lake, which makes up for it! Thank you very much!

The family is lovely and helpful. The young boy was my favourite, we spent lot of time together and he is also an excellent driver. The lady is always smiling and great cook and the dad very helpful. I had a great stay and price was very good too. Very close to the lake and temple area.

Shanta and his wife are very kind and eager to help. I arrived and quickly wanted to get out on a bike and Shanta had it ready for me in no time. Dinner was delicious and the bed is comfy. the location is perfect for being around the lake and reservoir which is idyllic, and for getting to the ancient city sites. I recommend staying here.

I would highlight the kindness of the family in providing the best service. always concerned that I do not lack anything. The meals were very complete, on the balcony of the house feeling nature very close. And important for me: have hot water in the shower. I also rented a bicycle to see all the ruins. a good place to choose in Polonnaruwa.

The host was extremely nice and helpful. House is close to the lake where you can have a ride with bicycle to Polonnaruwa ruins. So it is an extra attraction!

For the money I paid, the place was good. There was hot water, and the room was clean. Parking was available for my vehicle on the premises. However, parking is available only for one vehicle on the premises according to my observation.
