Clean cosy room and bathroom with seperate shower cubicle. Comfortable bedding. Spectacular lake view. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Beautiful location surrounded by lush greenery.

The room was lovely and clean. All facilities worked and great to have a shower head that had been cleaned so worked properly. The seating area for bar etc was good .

Stunning location. Wonderful views. Comfortable rooms. Helpful kind staff. Good food we took the half board option and were not disappointed. Good value and a great place for elephant safari.

Great views and rooms are clean and well maintained. But some parts of the property needed to be upgraded. Felt being little neglected Some staff friendly and always wanted to help. Masseur was great and friendly Pool has a rope a cross to mark deep end is very unusual and unsafe . Not acceptable Saturday night Music was great and enjoyed very much
