We stayed at Binara for two nights and really enjoyed our time. You stay in the house of the lovely couple who have two adorable little children. Breakfast and dinner are lovingly prepared. The excavation site of Polonnaruwa is easy to reach by bike. On Binara's recommendation, we went on a boat trip with fishermen, a couple, who even had a small picnic with them. A very special experience. He also arranged pick-ups for us with a reliable driver. We really enjoyed our days at Binara and can highly recommend this family-run accommodation.

It's homestay with 3 spacious upstairs rooms. Each room has a dedicated/ attached bathroom. Happy with the facilities provided.

Binara and his wife are perfect hosts, I felt fully supported and safe with them. I loved their home cooked meals! The accommodation with a peaceful environment, huge garden is enchanting, quiet, comfortable also close to the ancient ruins and the magical lake. Boat tour on the lake by Nimal is highly recommended, one of my best experience here in Sri Lanka.

A lovely home stay with Binara and his wife. They are the loveliest couple and have a beautiful home with lovely garden and good facilities. A great pace to stay in Pollonaruwa.

Very spacious bedroom with balcony. The breakfast was very good with local bread and eggs. You can rent a bicycle for 1000 rps and visit the ancient city with it. I changed my booking last minute and the manager found me another room for the same price. I highly recommend this hotel. Also a very tasty and cheap restaurant is 5 min walking distance to the left on the main road.

Beautiful location in a garden with fruit trees and flowers. Our hosts were a very charming family. We ate delicious breakfast and dinners on the balcony. Guest accommodation upstairs and private, my sister and I had two very good rooms facing onto the garden. Close enough to ride bikes ( provided) to the Ancient City. Credit cards accepted.
