We had a great stay at this accommodation! It is located in a very quiet area, about 2 km from the center of Polonnaruwa, where you can find the famous temple sites, many restaurants, and shops. The guesthouse is near the New Town, a more residential area, surrounded by beautiful rice fields. We were traveling through with our gravel bikes, which we could securely park in the enclosed courtyard. The rooms are very nice and well-maintained, and ours even had a small garden seating area. The hot water showers and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the owner was incredibly attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and quiet place. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. There are bicycles to drive around the ancient city.

The surrounding and also the villa itself is so beautiful and the views to the back yard are breathtaking and gives you a feeling of peace. Everything is very clean and spacious. They prepared the most delicious dinner and breakfast for us, with dessert as well plus the owner offered to drive us to the nearest bus stop to take a bus to Kandy. The landscape around was beautiful and ideal for a bike trip, also close to Polonnaruwa ancient ruins.

The room is big and clean, and there is a beautiful garden behind the room. It’s important to provide hot water to take a shower. Yes, they did. The owner is friendly. He talked to tuktuk driver to help me find the right bus.

Very smart, new, modern accommodation, a couple of kilometres from the ancient city. Quiet at night. Comfy bed and good breakfast included.

This property is beautifully situated in front of a serene paddy field, often visited by peacocks. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a charmingly landscaped garden at the back. The property itself is thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful and calm atmosphere. The owner was incredibly supportive and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. It’s also ideally located, with easy access to all the attractions in Polonnaruwa, just a short distance away. We highly recommend this property for a tranquil and enjoyable stay—we absolutely loved it!

Place was extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The host even offer to drop me off in town a couple times to get groceries. Definitely recommend. Beds are comfy and aircon is freezing! It’s a new place by the looks of it so all The facilities are new.
