Staff were incredibly attentive always with the biggest smiles and catered to our every need around the clock. Even helping us find the hospital when I was sick. Every day I ordered 2 boiled eggs with chilli - they just got better and better every time. We had lobster on NYE. It blew my mind. 11/10 lobster. 12/10 bloody Mary’s too, wow - unreal.

The staff were all super friendly, especially when needing to move around my heavy case - I didn’t lift it once. A great location in Palolem, with it being a 10min walk from the busy street, it felt calmer staying here. So beautiful opening the curtains to see the beach on your doorstep. No pressure to keep ordering food and drinks when using their loungers. Very relaxed and welcoming.

This property is near beach and they have their restaurant and they serve amazing food will not feel like to leave the property it’s just perfect for relaxation. Again staff is so good u just ask once and they will do the job.

Staff amazing fantastic beach, village setting with people very friendly and helpful. Lots of bars, magic world has great bar with live music at weekends. Rooms keep very clean as are basic shower room that could be improved but staff make sure if you need anything they will find it. If you need advice on anything they will be able to help.i have stayed for six weeks so must be good

Location is right on Palolem Beach. Only one AC room which is on stilts is facing fully the sea. The rest of the rooms have partial or no view of the sea. But over all the rooms were decent with decent bathroom.
