The room was clean, with working AC and a handy fridge, which was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was quiet yet within walking distance of the beach

Loved the location which was a 5min walk to the beach and was far enough away to avoid any noise.The restaurant attached is great with a good menu. All the staff were pleasant. Even saw monkeys one morning while having our breakfast!

Quiet - set back from beach. Attentive staff and always helpful. Rooms were simple, clean and comfortable. Ramesh (boss) went out of his way to help. Would stay here again.

This is our second visit and we will return again! Centrally located but away from the beach, the hotel is a quiet and peaceful retreat from Palolem beach. We would walk into Palolem or into Patnem from there with ease. The gardens are lovely and tranquil. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They arranged a taxi for us to the airport - Chandru was so lovely and polite and a safe driver. We would ask for him again.

Amazing value for money. Clean rooms helpful staff and everything you need. Lovely peaceful resturant too. Nice to have somewhere slightly back from the busy beach too.

- Wonderful and peaceful oasis atmosphere, really chill and immersed in nature and with magic lights in the night. - Staff really kind and helpful, they helped us on all of our requests and even provided mosquito incense for flying raids! It feels like family-managed. - Great Restaurant-Cafe service with avocado specialties (even delicious shakes!) - Super clean and well mantained, rooms look brand new. - Warm water in the shower. - There is an in-house laundry and they clean and dry your tons of clothes the same day. - Specially nice for monsoon season. - The location is just out of the main road, so is much quieter than other accommodation.
