For us the location was perfect because closest to trains and we didn’t want to drag Our luggage on the street. Distance to old center is also just a few hundred meters. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast small but fresh and enough to start the day.

The location was amazing and the room too. The breakfast was in a nearby cafe and was very good. The bathroom had good pressure and the balcony was very useful to dry clothes.

Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were very hospitable and informative, they spent about 10 minutes with us providing local recommendations for restaurants, beaches etc. they also arranged off street parking for us. Location is excellent, many restaurants and cafes on the same street / nearby, and pogliano a mare beach is about a 5 minute walk

The place was easy to find! We were well received and the caution with details made all the difference! There was gluten free "corneto" for breakfast! Is a place to comeback!

Nearby old town, the hosts were nice and helpful , we had breakfast down the building in a cafe, everything was new and the bed and pillows very comfy

Great communication re check in and helping me find the location. Only 300metres easy walk from train station, once you know the way! . Maria and brother VERY helpful and lent me a converter (mine broke!) for my stay. Little cafe below great for breakfast, pastries and drink. Couldn't fault my room.
