I can't comment on the rooms at 185 Via Roma, as I was switched at the lat moment to No 164 a little further up the street. But both locations are excellent for a stay in Polignano, with quick access to the Lungomare for walks, runs or cycle rides, or the other way to bars, restaurants and the centre of town, plus the famous inlet and bridge. My ground-floor room had no window or balcony, but everything else I needed. Above all, my host Grazia was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to get me an early (and delicious!) breakfast to help me catch my next train. My thanks, Grazia! Two tips: 1. Pay in cash if you can. The price is good value, and you.will avoid your host - and yourself - having to pay credit charge, which can be 3 or 4%. 2. Agree a specific arrival time with your host, as they are not on site and have to meet you at the property. This saves you both uncertainty, and makes for a smoother check-in.

It was a very good surprise to stay in this Bed & Breakfast. Our host was very kind and attentioned in details. She sent a message ealier for us with all information and she meet us in the arrival to explain all information. The breakfast the she leaves in the door were delicius. Also it is possible to do everything by walk.

Parking is possible directly in front of the building. All in all a spacious location with a small kitchenette. The accomadation is typical south italian flat with no windows and a front door.

Beautiful accommodation in a fabulous area, walking distance from the Train Station and close to walk to Town. Breakfast was very plentiful, and delicious ! The Room and Bathroom were both very spacious, and spotlessly clean.

The room was lovely with a large balcony and outdoor cooking facilities. It had everything we needed for a lovely stay. They brought us a fresh breakfast every morning and communicated well during the stay if we needed anything.
