Evelyne and Stewart were perfect hosts. They were kind and generous with their time and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Each morning, they served a freshly cooked breakfast. Red Door is situated in a very picturesque spot looking out over the grape vines with the mountains in the background. It was an easy drive on to the numerous wineries and food destinations in the area.

Very good breakfast. Evelyn is an excellent cook. Location well positioned for wine tours. Also on site wine tasting. Sparkling wine outclasses anything we tasted in the area. All their wines very good. Accommodation quiet and easy parking.

The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional. They were warm and inviting. I enjoyed hearing about the story of the 'red door'. Loved the stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable - it is an elevated homestyle accommodation experience, which is my preference. We didn't have the opportunity to have dinner, but the breakfasts and cheesboard were outstanding.

Our second time staying. Highly recommended. Hosts are amazing. Breakfast delicious. Excellent accommodation- very comfortable and clean. Great location for bicycle riding. Can walk to Botanica for dinner. Perfect.

Cottage was clean, beautifully appointed and location fabulous. Personal touch was much appreciated . Breakfast was excellent, cooked to order.

Very tidy grounds. Stayed in the Chardonnay cottage which had comfortable beds, kitchen lounge area. Large bathrooms with lovely toiletries. Owners were fabulous to deal with! Highly recommended
