Everything! The staff is amazing. They helped me with everything and always with a big smile. Beds are comfortable and very clean. Same with bathrooms. I left my bag there while I was hikking. The best place for Backpackers in Pokhara!!!

Beautiful breakfast, attentive staff, always ready with a smile. The dorm beds were bigger than expected which was a lovely surprise.

Good space, location close to Basundhara park and short walk from the main Pokhara lake and market street, friendly staff and great free breakfast! They also have games in the common area and a restaurant.

Great location near the Basundhara park side and an easy 10 min walk to the pier for the boat ride. The free breakfast is really nice and the options change every day. Free towels and toiletries are a plus with the staff being extremely helpful and nice. The location is also good as it is a short 15 min walk to the bus stand that goes to Kathmandu and other cities. The wifi works well and the common area has games and a good food place. Definitely recommend this place!

Excellent property and great location - Close to the lake and wonderful connectivity. The staff was great and gave me great recommendations and even helped me plan and book for activities. Food was yummy and amazing common area.

All the staff is very kind and helpful. Helped me with booking tour and bus back to Kathmandu. Stayed there 2 nights. You can buy everything in the hostel with credit card. The food is very good and affordable prices. Breakfast always different everyday and good. Everything was clean! In one of the buildings there is a rooftop where you can see the mountains. It was definitely a good staying! ❤️
