Great location, staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly, rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is good. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after when we were sick with food poisoning too which we greatly appreciated.

Great location and friendly staff. Went extra mile to suggest and arrange tours. Hotel manager was kind enough to arrange for airport Drop-off to make our journey very comfortable.

I made a last minute booking as I arrived in Pokhara one day earlier than expected. They were speedy in checking us in which got us more time to rest. They promptly gave us a lake view room as booked. The room was very cozy, and well maintained. We enjoyed the lake view and sunset. Reception staff were very dedicated and helpful in giving us directions to nearby shops and restaurants. They also lent us a charger because we lost ours.
