This is probably the best hotel I have stayed. The staff helped us in booking all the activities, planes, taxis and took us from the bus station. I cannot recomment this hotel more.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lake Shore! The location is excellent, offering a peaceful and convenient setting. The room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff truly stood out—they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Sanjog, the Operations Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. His dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction is commendable and truly made a positive impression. I highly recommend Hotel Lake Shore and look forward to staying here again in the future.

it was a very good stay at the Lake Shore Hotel for 3 nights. it's a very good location in Pokhara. the stuff is friendly and helpful. the dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was very good. thanks especially to Operation Manager Sanjog and the whole team! I can recommend the hotel to everyone.

Good staff, good food. I especially liked the operation manager, Sanjog, who was funny and helpful and handled everything for me, e.g., the shuttle bus from the airport. I enjoyed my stay here, and the room with the mountain view balcony is highly recommended.

Sanjog, the Operation Manager, is really helpful. The room is clean and cozy. I can take a good rest before and after the trekking. The location is good too, many restaurant and massage near the hotel.
