Location is superb - central in lakeside and overlooking the Lake. Staff were exceedingly nice, supportive and attentive. Mr Drugal (manager) and the lovely girls ( Liza, Barsha and Tabitha ? ) were a joy whenever we needed some help. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the one young lady at reception was kind and made us feel welcome. The rooms were cleaned everyday, with water, clean towels and beds refreshed. The shower was fantastic after 16 days of hiking, the water pressure was great and the water was perfectly hot. Beds were comfortable. The location is close to everything.

At full occupancy or lets say 50% and above there is a well laid out buffet, the last couple of days tho because occupancy was below the halfway mark the breakfast was a la carte which worked really well for me, a big choice of eggs or even an Indian breakfast on offer, The location is superb and right by the lake, sometimes especially the weekends bands at the lake front bars can be heard but tend to quit by about 2300 hrs, lots of restaurant options in the locality, enjoyed my stay here and A SPECIAL CALL OUT FOR (LIZA) who did an amazing job looking after us , she really did well and killed us with KINDNESS

Breakfast was very good. The receptionist war very supportive for getting a driver. It is really lakeside. Balcony rooms have great view on the lake.

very nice hotel near the lake, I was there twice, the second time I had the feeling that I was coming back to myself, friendly and profesional staff , good breakfast, everything ok, I recommend, close to shops, pharmacies, lake, so the place is right

Sometimes it was a buffet breakfast which was excellent. I loved the aloo puri! If no buffet, then the staff went out of their way to give us what we wanted. Their hash browns were amazing! Wonderful views from our room! The bed was very comfortable!

In this quiet, lake view room, there was brilliant and unobstructed view of one of the most photogenic lakes in the world (even when its rainy or hazy). Good value hotel, exceptionally helpful staff, big clean room, good bathroom, strong shower, decent toiletries, comfortable semi-firm bed, reasonable breakfast buffet with some variety day to day, no credit card fee charged on departure. Also reception helped me get the shuttle to the cablecar when the Annupurna were visible and via a travel agent, even a domestic plane ticket in a few days. Fantastically helpful and always respectful and polite.

Nice place. The view of the lake is really nice as you listen to the insects into the night. The staff are always smiling and the location is amazing, you are on the main street and 1 min walking and into the heart of the happening shop dostrict. I would use again. Mainly because it balances a good price with location.
