We had an amazing stay! Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, amazing rooftop pool area and helpful staff. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We had deluxe double room and it was spacious and well equipped. Even fridge in the room. Very good breakfast with options. Rooftop pool was also cool with nice views but not that clean.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff were excellent - going above and beyond. Prem explained our options for a Poonhill trek and arranged a very good guide for us. He allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel whilst we were trekking. On our return, he gave us rooms to take a shower in. Afterwards, he helped us plan a route back to Kathmandu after flights from Pokhara were cancelled, stopping off for rafting in between (which we were originally planning to do from Kathmandu). Incredible service.

Nice hotel, well located next to the lake but in a slightly quieter area away from the main bars and restaurants. Nice rooftop pool, and easy access to the rest of Lakeside. There is a taxi stand across the road if you need to get to other parts of Pokhara or the airport. Well priced drinks, although we didn't try the restaurant for dinner.
