Beautiful resort, carefully designed and wonderful landscaping. Staff, food, rooms were all excellent. Good facilities on site and lots to keep you entertained. You can walk down to the public beach along the shore line and it’s an easy 10 min taxi into Grand Baie for tours or looking around.

The location of the hotel is perfect, there are lots of small coves / beaches to choose from. The staff at check-in / reception were very helpful and friendly Great sea view rooms - I would suggest requesting one with a sunset view Look out for the bats at sunsets We generally found the food at the main restaurant to be really good, with different theme nights and plenty of options

Ideal location on the north west a stone throw away from the vibe Gran Bay. However no need to go anywhere as the hotel provides great entertainment every night. The beaches are small but extremely well placed to allow even a full guest complement enough privacy. But the best thing is the food at the buffet....absolutely top class every evening with a different but exciting theme attached. Rooms are very good with aircon going night and day to make this a haven of escape from the sniffling February heat. All in all...well done Cannonier.

Hotel- very nice hotel high quality, clean, well maintained, beautiful gardens and plants all over. You do have everything on-site : proper gym , mini golf, pool table, swimming pool, spa, water activities, sauna etc… Restaurant- 2 restaurants & 1 buffet. Not boring food everyday the menu is different and both the Italian and navigator are highly recommended. However, we were all inclusive which worked perfectly, we didn’t have to worry about the budget Service- excellent service all over the place and the stuff is so professional and extremely nice, nothing is too much for them and with a smile all the time. The service is quite impressive in sense, we got special price for the all inclusive and on our last day we had the day free of charge (food & drinks). Wonderful and unexpected surprise from one of the stall Reena, she organised my husband birthday and our wedding anniversary cake and music.

I wanted to spend one more night at the resort because our flight was on Saturday, but was told fully booked .Mr.Mathews was a star very helpful and friendly .Mr Killin from the Navigator restaurant was very accommodating with regards to our dietary requirements.

The staffs in the restaurant and bar are super friendly and extremely nice. At the reception, during evening night shift, some were less friendly among the ladies. The food is excellent. We took half board and it was always a lot of diversity everyday, and breakfast is very qualitative! The sea is calm, ok for snorkelling. The beach is pretty, and rocky. Lots of activities to do. The clients there are somehow all nice and respectful. There is a sense of intimacy and you get to know people personally, really loved the vibe.
