All bookings the guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation anytime. However within 3 days of receipt of the booking a 30% refundable deposit will be taken. Please contact the property direct for further information using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.Please note the reception hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 9:00 until 16:00, Saturday & Sunday 9:00 until 12:00. If you expect to arrive after hours please contact the property in advance to arrange key collection, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that full payment is required prior to arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
