The breakfast was very good! There were plenty of choices. The rooms were nice and clean however closer attention needs to be paid to the bathroom. (The towel rack was broken and so was the shower head, they were both falling out of the wall when touched).

We stayed in a renovated room with a lovely view, and it was great. The staff were kind, the room was spacious with plenty of space, and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

The hotel is an older one (as far as I know it was built sometimes in the 1970s), but it doesn't show. As a guest you have access to a varied, rich, delicious and interesting looking breakfast spread, with multiple coffee options, as well as sweet and savory dishes. The indoor pool is large enough to have accommodated all the guests wanting to have a swim or enjoy a sauna, jacuzzi or just watch television by the pool. The pool chairs were quite comfortable and the water temperature wasn't as warm as expected, but definitely wasn't cold. The jacuzzis, however, were warm... even hot, after a couple of hours. You get free towels when you go to the pool, The room was big enough for two people, having a soft, wide mattress. The view was incredible, overlooking the forest, the rest of the resort and some of the chairlifts. Make sure you ask for a view of the mountains, at least at the 5th or 6th floor (we didn't, but we were luckily given a room on one of upper floors). Would come again!

We like the facilities: pool, spa, restaurants and kids activities. Many good vegan options at breakfast and friendly staff.
