The hotel manager is really kind and always ready to help. The room was spacious enough, well-equipped and right in the centre of the city.

It’s a cosy hotel that has everything you need, including a small lift. The place is clean and tidy and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I was very impressed with the manager’s efforts to serve and satisfy the guests in the best possible way. She is a real credit to the hotel! Many thanks for your hospitality!

Host was polite and helped us with parking. Bunk bads are big, so 3 kids slept without problem. Even if booking didn't sugest an apartmant for 5 we chose it. Hotel is in the center and close to the lake and restourants. Breakfast was good and domestic cofee as well.

Mengjesi ishte fantastik dhe shume i mire! Stafi ishte shume mikprites dhe mjaft i shkathet! Nje hotel mahnites ! Pasteritia ishte shume mire dhe dhomat ishin shume te rehatshme.Vendodhja e hotelit ishte shume prane liqenit!
