Sleeping bags are not accepted as bed linen. If a guest has only sleeping bags, the rent of the bed linen will be mandatory.The guest is responsible for the final cleaning of the flat. In case the guest will not clean the apartment the property will charge 15€/person. This extra is included when the guest rents bed linen and towels.Please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Lovely house and location! Room was incredible and view was spectacular despite the intense thunderstorm while we were there. Road to it was a little bumpy coming from one direction but from the other it was very easy!

We had a fantastic time at La Moraia! The host (Enrico) was incredibly polite and welcoming. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and full of charm, perfectly set within the peaceful Tuscan countryside. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended!

the host is friendly, helpful and speaks English. Accommodation is beautifully located with shared swimming pool and parking. Our accommodation was spacious with lots of light. Beds were good and shower with strong water jet. Bathroom was not next to the bedrooms. There was a private terrace with umbrella at the accommodation.

The host was wonderful - He even prepared a delicious aperitivo with local products and white wine upon our arrival + gave us all the ingredients to make dinner for us and the kids! We loved the swimming pool and the fact the property was so immersed in the countryside.

It makes absolutely no sense to charge a rate of 15EUR per person for using sheets and towels (you dont even get one for use at the pool). You'll read the fine print after booking and then no refunds are allowed. The listing is misleading.

Everything! We hade plans to keep going south after two days but we stayed 12-13 days total! If you love to live at a beautiful place, cook your own food and spend the nights talking with girlfriend and friends and drinking wine then do this is the place for you. Enrico (owner) and his family is such an amazing group of people and i have gained new friends from my short time there and everytime we are in Italy its a must stop for us for sure.

The location was based in a vary pretty and peaceful region. Difficult to get to because of the dirt road but once you reach its very relaxing staying in the middle of olive gardens and rolling hills around you. After arriving the staff gave us free pasta and were very sweet. Makes me feel that there’s 2 different people running the booking.com listing and the agriturismo itself.
