“A wonderful place for a quiet stay outside the big city”

The guesthouse is small but very welcoming. It has a nice interior, everything is clean. You can make coffee or tea any time in the dining room. It is located in a peaceful neighbourhood with tall oak trees all around. We saw a pizza oven, a small sauna house and bath tub in the yard (I guess, they are rather offered during summer). The house looked very beautiful in the autumn colours and with the warm lights. The breakfast was simple but good enough. We even got pancakes (when I first asked, the lady said they don't have any, but then 5 minutes later - what a surprise - she served us tasty filled pancakes!). We visited the PTAK Warsaw Expo (around 20 minutes away by car) and for our stay of 2 nights the house was just perfect!

I will definitely come again, because I really liked it. Room was clean, staff was amazing and helpful, quiet neighbour and tasty breakfast for a good price. I recommend this hotel if you want to relax and stay away from big crowds.

The room was a nice size. The bed was new and very comfy and the remaining furniture was quite dated but fine. The area is very much the stunning leafy suburbs of Warsaw but it is super easy to reach the city by car or train. The airport is nearby but you cannot hear the planes

Peaceful place, surrounded by the forest, close to the village center - no need to drive anywhere for dinner. Place clean and comfortable, staff polite and friendly. Breakfast - not abundant, but there was some variation every day.
