The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a few requests and remarks during my stay and they tried to do everything to manage and find solutions. The breakfast " à la carte" is good and the fresh fruit juice is excellent. The location is not so good, quite far from the city center, especially if you are on foot. The general quality of service was insufficient for a 4-star hotel (the shower gel/shampoo and hand/body lotion bottles provided were empty, no batteries in the scale, only one little bottle of water in the room for all your stay,...). The quality of the bed is poor, it makes so much noise, it is very disturbing to have a good night of sleep. The first night, the music in the bar/restaurant was so loud, the volume of the music was like in a discotheque and went on late. It was difficult to fall asleep and have a good night's rest. It is very disrespectful to customers.

We had a great stay at Hotel Septembar. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The location is very convenient – close to the airport, the city center, the old town, and even the Niagara waterfall, which was a nice bonus for sightseeing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, especially if you’re looking for friendly service and easy access to key attractions.

Very friendly and helpful staff; very clean and nicely furnished rooms; ample parking; quiet area. We got a free upgrade to a larger suite and it was really spacious and nice. The restaurant was a real highlight for us; when we returned to Podgorica and stayed at another hotel, we drove here so that we could eat in the restaurant. Probably the best food we had during our whole week in the country!

Staff were lovely, gym was small but had everything you need for a quick workout, room was a great size and upgraded by staff which was much appreciated. Good restaurants and service. Breakfast served from 7am off a La Carte menu.

We found our hotelroom cozy, but somewhat small for two luggages. The room was clean. The best part was the parking in front of the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast, but you had to order from a menu. We really enjoyed the gym. The staff was friendly. It was a small shop right across the street that was very convenient.

Wonderful hotel, excellent stuff (professional and hospitable at the same time), very good cuisine. Modern, easy with parking outside. No doubt I stay again if I return to Podgorica.
