Staff is very nice. I loved my room, very cozy. Has an oven as it got quite cold at night. Bench in front of the room. Supermarket opposite of the hotel. Close to Poas Vulcano national park

Amazing staff, great location. Attached is a really good restaurant. I even got a better room than I had booked (quieter) for no extra charge. They have parking onsite. Close to everything in town and Poas National Park. Even if only for one night, I would skip the city of San Jose/Alajuela and come here instead!

The hotel staff was very friendly, relaxed and we felt welcome there. In the garden you can watch humming birds drinking and flying by. The food the restaurant and breakfast were good. You can also book coffee tours there.

Very nice hotel with amazing view from the terrace. The bed was very comfy and shower had hot water. We also got delicious coffee in our room. There are many restaurants nearby and it is really close to Poas Volcano. The owner was very friendly and helped us organize the visit to the volcano in the morning

Very friendly staff at the hotel! Check in was easy and our room was quite comfortable. We took advantage of the fireplace in our room and it was wonderful. Our waitress at the restaurant was incredibly personable and we enjoyed our dinner. And the location is perfect. We will come back for sure!!

The pictures don't do the rooms justice. They have a much more luxurious feel than I expected. With excellent facilities (coffee machine, microwave, fridge). There is an excellent restaurant with a big open kitchen and great food. Breakfast was great Last thing to call out was the humming birds....they are everywhere! We saw almost 10 different species of them
