Amazing staff, clean and comfortable room. Location is great really worth the money. Donna from the breakfast room was a star. And James the breakfast chef was amazing. The food was really delicious. Will stay again

Location was good. Lovely quiet place to rest up. Parking was ok. Only 8 spaces and tight to park in so we got parking two days out of the three. Food options were fair. Room was nice and bathroom very clean. Would be nicer to have a shower than a bath as the bath was pretty curved and difficult to stand in and the heat was not very consistent. This is a small thing I know, but think I would look for rooms with showers over baths next time.

Excellent Hotel in close proximity to the Theatre, Hoe and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast choices cooked to a high standard. We have stayed more than three times now, each time in a different room which have all been, exceptionally clean, nice towels, toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, great bedding and warm. We use the hotel for overnight stays for Theatre visits but we would happily stay for a holiday.

Lovely friendly staff. Great location, being close to the Hoe and the Barbican. Good breakfast available. Felt very comfortable at The Grosvenor.
