All staff were lovely. The room and communal areas were all spotlessly clean. Full-size, nice toiletries provided (soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner). Great location. No issues with the free wi-fi. They kindly provided me with a take-away breakfast when I was running late one morning which they didn't need to do. I walked from the train station which took about 15/20 minutes. I was able to store my luggage there following check-out as my train wasn't until later in the day, which I really appreciated.

Full Vegan breakfast was very nice. Vegan sausages and 'bacon'. All cooked well and delivered quickly. Also nice fruit salad and plant based milk available. Definitely recommend for vegans. Staff all very friendly and attentive. Delivered an iron and board quickly to my room.
