The owner was lovely and helpful the location was great and the pub next door was very good too. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good. Great old fashioned guest house by the sea.

We really enjoyed our stay. This property was quiet and had excellent access to the barbican, city centre and royal William yard. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was really clean, well set up and the bed super comfortable. We did not have an ensuite but the toilet and shower facilities were easily accessible and clean, with shampoo and body wash provided. This was a lovely set up for us for a one night stay! We were given two sets of key and shown to our room. But other than this left alone. Everything we needed was provided.

Traditional guest house very close to Plymouth Hoe. Easy to walk to all the sites and ferries and local buses and shops. Owner was very helpful with maps and ideas. Comfortable beds.

Nigel waited for us to arrive so we could park right out side, Parking from Nigel £5 cash, excellent for The HOE, would highly recommend if you have a dog .

Very central position for getting into the city and round about. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet as our room was at the back of the property. The tea and coffee facilities were good as was the TV recption
