Hotel Overview

Residence One, a Grade II listed building, is located within the historic Royal William Yard in the ocean city of Plymouth. The building was once home to a Royal Navy Admiral and has been restored by Bistrot Pierre as a boutique B&B accommodation, full of period features. There are 14 individually styled en suite bedrooms with complimentary breakfast, parking and WiFi.
Located just across the green from the hotel is the restaurant where you can enjoy French bistro cuisine, barista coffee and an extensive wine and cocktail menu served throughout the day. Guests can also relax on the sun terrace overlooking the green.

Gorgeous grade 2 listed building.We got the suite which was beautiful. Loved the restaurant, we dined there in the evening and enjoyed a fabulous breakfast

Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Plenty of shelf space in bathroom to store toiletries and very efficient shower. High quality towels and bed linen.

The room was very comfortable and had all amenities that we required. Breakfast was excellent the next day. Very convenient location for us. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Everything! The room was cosy but beautifully decorated and super clean. The bed was comfy, the building was quiet and the finishing touches were well thought out. The staff we met were all super friendly and professional and the breakfast was delicious.

Thought ours was king size bed. Also shower door fell off could have been serious with the glass

The location is superb and the breakfast was delicious with excellent service from the morning team. The room (14) was comfortable and clean but quite dark because it has only one smallish window and it has a sloping ceiling due to being in the eaves.

This was a delightful apartment in an historic building. The decor was tasteful and had a Scandi feel to it. The restaurant was just across the square from the accommodation and served good food in a buzzing atmosphere. I would return there without hesitation.
