Was in a superior king, really clean, good facilities, coffee machine, comfy bed, decent sized TV, great shower, had an issue with my key not being in the lockbox, but were available on the phone at 11pm and sorted instantly

The location, fridge and tea coffee making facilities were great. Great to be able to do self check in as we arrived quite late during the evening after a long drive from Essex

Close to theatre and easy parking outside- free disabled parking! Stairs were difficult though. Plenty of facilities, fridge, microwave and kettle.

Very clean and comfy bed. Ideal location to Town/Barbican/Hoe. Very surprised how well the space was used in the room that had everything I needed.
