We stayed in the Shackleton room and it was a welcome surprise. Beautiful layout and a very comfortable stay. We were offered a warm welcome by the staff at the front desk and given free drink vouchers after finding out it was our anniversary. The hotel is warm and cosy, and not far away from the hustle and hustle of the town centre as well as a short walk from the Barbican.

Amazing food, and staff were very friendly and accommodating, I had arrived late in the evening due to other commitments, food orders stop at 8.30 and I was able to order my food before checking in. So glad I did it was sublime.

I stayed in the hotel as attending a Ball there. Staff very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast the following morning.

Very comfy. Staff were lovely. The room was very comfy. The shower was great. Easy to get around. Great location for Plymouth. Very clean hotel. The food was lovely.

This hotel is a survivor from the era of ocean liner travel and the staircase and dining room reflect this. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, the room was comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast. I would be happy to stay here again next time I visit Plymouth.
