You had one particular male member of staff (I wish I got his name) who was outstanding! Friendly, welcoming! Was willing to go above and beyond! The kind of service I would love to expect, but was delieved with ease! I hope he is appreciated for everything he does as truly the gem of your hotel! Your location is good.

Room was clean, surprisingly large and had a fridge which was helpful. Car park was small but did have quite a few spaces on our arrival at lunchtime on Saturday.

Surprised how big the Room Was. 1x Single Bed + 1x Double. Very Helpful & Cheerful Reception & Housekeeping Staff. Very good Selection at Breakfast.

Overall a clean and tidy hotel. Our room had fairly modern decor but the toilet flush was very temperamental in our bathroom. Room was also chilly overnight. Bed was ok but duvet was a bit thin. Staff were very polite and service good.
