Gorgeous hotel, the spa was amazing and so relaxing. The staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfast was super tasty with a main course and a continental options. Amazing value for money. We had an economy room and the rooms were comfortable and very well equipped, tea and coffee facilities were the best I've seen, with cafetiere and coffee machine and real milk! The toiletries provided were lovely too, fantastic quality.

We had a wonderful stay, the ataff we excellent,, could not be more helpful,.particularly Wayne with a wealth of knowledge about the hotel. The spa is one of the best I have visited with a great outside space to relax in when the sun is shining.

Iverall excellent. However, both bar and restaurant drinks service very slow and had to chase up delay. We would have expected a more efficient service in a 5 star establishment.

Absolutely amazing building, well preserved from the 16th century, excellent spa, good gym, great service. Top class hotel. Our only concern were dogs that are allowed in guests rooms - a dog next door to us was rather vocal throughout the evening. Also we are allergic on canine hair and we were worried to touch the furniture around the room, not knowing whether the room was previously occupied by a pet or not.

Our room was immense, lovely comfortable bed - so clean etc! Afternoon tea exceeded all expectations. Friendly staff all around. WiFi was great. Wide range of Spa facilities. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special - thank you. Everything was amazing!

Lovely spa with outside hot pool area , saunas and leisure pool with good area for relaxation. Comfortable room with good amenities. Loved the history of the hall from Elizabethan times

Gorgeous suite with spa bath on the balcony, very comfortable bed, lounge area very comfortable and the bathroom had a b ath big enough for 2 and a rainforest shower that was more than adequate. Evening meal in the Brasserie was very tasty and a great wine and cocktail list to choose from. What more could you ask for?

The whole stay was faultless . Gorgeous hotel and fantastic staff. The food was amazing, as were the spa facilities. We've booked again for a few months' time. I can not wait to come back
