We are traveling with our dog - a mini Yorkie. And we chose this hotel because it respects dogs, no extra charge was required. The hotel is beautiful, bright, interesting design. We liked the breakfast, we like to have a hearty breakfast and we had a lot to choose from. I would like to note that the hotel serves 2 types of lemonade for free: 1) cucumber, parsley and a little lemon 2) lemon. The room had 4 coffee capsules, a hair dryer, and an iron with steam. We are completely satisfied with the hotel and the price-quality ratio.

The room was spacious and minimalistics. Interesting if you like simplistic design. The breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh. It was sufficient. Coffee and water was available freely during the day.

The property is just like in the pictures. Very nice place, clean, great location. The staff was really friendly, always smiling, very helpful. The breakfast was good. We arrived earlier than the check in hour and although we didn’t request it, our room was ready❤️

My niece very recently started Medical School in Plovdiv. My daughter and I visited for a week in order to sort out some accomodation for my niece and also to help get her settled in there. All 3 of us stayed at Hello Plovdiv for 2 nights whilst my niece's accomodation was being sorted out. The hotel room and in fact the whole hotel was spotlessly (almost clinically) clean, which was great to see. The owner was a very pleasant man and was extremely helpful and accomodating. He was happy to grant us a late checkout and looked after our luggage and belongings for a good few hours after the late checkout whilst we finalised accomodation arangements for my niece. Breakfast was just a little limited in terms of variety and choice but what was available was all top notch! All together a very nice experience all around, would definitely stay again and would reccomend whole heartedly!
