Easy to park and it is close to city center. Also the room was really big, the bathroom was nice. Price-value was great for the city levels.

The hotel is very well situated, straight line from the city centre, max 20 minutes by foot, safe area. The parking is helping a lot, if you are travelling by car. Inside all is clean, large and the balcony was a plus. The personnel very kind and helpful.

We were treated extremely well by the family hotel staff. The staff accommodated all our needs and desires. An example, I had to do some office work during the stay, the staff thus provided me with an office chair on the room I could use while working. 'Value for money' is very good at this hotel. It is important to keep in mind that the general price level in Bulgaria is also rising like all other European nations. This hotel, however, really gave us 'value for money'. The hotel is situated on the opposite river bank of the Old Town. However, the walking distance is not more than about 10 minutes in a moderate walking speed.

Staff is friendly and helps. Private, underground parking is precious. Entering to parking inside a lift makes you feel like james bond 😊. Position is good if you arrive by car. Room is quite spacious, fridge and kettle (with some coffe and tea) are a plus

By being just on the other side of the river from the old town, it meant being in a quieter area and very good value for money. 10 minutes on foot and you are in the centre.
