Lovely place! We stayed over New Year's Day. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The flat is fully equipped and has everything necessary in terms of amenities. The bedroom had a spacious terrace and there is also a balcony overlooking one of Kapana's streets. The flat is really quiet even when there are parties happening at surrounding restaurants and bars. And there are quite a few of these in the area offering a variety of drinks and tasty dishes.

Great location, very easy access to all major sightseeings of the city. The street is cosy and noisy, but the windows are very well sound isolating and when they are closed - the apartment is quiet. The furniture is comfortable

It’s a great hotel with great location . The rooms are specious and very clean. The hotel provides everything you might need for a long stay, the staff member are always there for you . We’ve stayed in Bright House numerous times and we highly recommend it.

Bright House is a wonderful hotel. The location is perfect and the apartments are spacious, very clean and you can find everything you might need during your stay. Despite being located in a very busy area with lots of restaurants, it is very quiet during the night . We’ve been here for two weeks and we are travelling with two toddlers, but we felt very comfortable and very well looked after by all the staff members. We strongly recommend Bright House if you decide to visit Plovdiv.

It is a great hotel in the heart of Plovdiv. The flats are spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you might need. The location is great and despite being surrounded by many restaurants it is actually very quiet at night time. The staff members are amazing, always ready to help, the whole family felt well looked after. Many thanks to Bright House team.

As usual everything was perfect. The rooms are spacious and very clean, supplied with everything you might need during your stay. The staff members are amazing, always there for you to ensure you are comfortable. The location is great. We highly recommend Bright House and it is always our first choice whenever we visit Plovdiv.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and has a wonderful location. Even though it is in the heart of Kapana, the bedroom is located in the back side of the apartment and is very quiet. I would recommend also paying extra for a parking space as it is totally worth it.

The location was very convenient for exploring the local pubs, restaurants and historical/cultural sites; The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were more than adequate. The staff were friendly and welcoming, also quick to respond to questions through the booking app. Definitely recommend if you're looking to stay for sightseeing or just to take in the atmosphere of the Kapana district.
