The staff member who met us, Tsveta, was very nice. They allowed us to check in when we arrived, even though it was a bit earlier. She was very helpful and also was very kind to order the taxi for us, as we didn't speak Bulgarian. She gave good guidance about Plovdiv, too. The location was very good, close to the city centre (around 20 minutes' walk), had supermarkets nearby, the negihbourhood was nice. The building was very secure. The apartment was very clean, and each room had its own airconditioner, which was very important in the hot weather. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary for living. If we return to Plovdiv, we will certainly be staying in this accommodation!

Very classy, clean and well decorated; good value. A couple of supermarkets in easy reach. The estimates of distance seem accurate - it is for example a 20 minute walk to the city centre.

The staff went out of their way to help us with our Rose Festival plans and ticket reservations. They called the Kazanlak Rose Festival organizers on our behalf and obtained details about the best course of action and event ticket box office location info which had been a big stumbling block for our plans up to that point. And as they did that, they made it seem so effortless and efficient. As far as the facilities are concerned, the apartment has a nice balcony and a nice dining area and is very spacious. We took advantage of the balcony and it’s a treat to relax on the balcony. The location is also ideal as it is merely 1km from the old town.
