Located in the heart of Plitvička Jezera National Park, about 400 metres from the highest waterfall, Ethno Houses Plitvice Lakes Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with LCD satellite TV in an authentic wooden ambiance. The property is just off State Road 1.
Made of dark wood, all rooms are elegantly decorated and fitted with a king-size bed, a desk and a seating area. Each unit has a private bathroom with shower.

We had an unforgettable stay at Ethno Houses during the winter! The snowy surroundings were like something out of a fairytale, and the cosy atmosphere of the property made it the perfect retreat from the cold. The room was warm, clean, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches . Waking up to breathtaking views of snow-covered landscapes was an absolute highlight. The staff were amazing, always ensuring we were comfortable and offering great tips for enjoying the winter activities nearby, especially the sledge for the kids and the kids area, which were an add-on. The kids also loved the small farm, especially the cute pony :) After a day in the snow, it was such a treat to come back and enjoy activities such as table tennis. It was truly a magical winter escape, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a cosy, snowy getaway!" Thank you once again!

A big advantage is the close accessibility of the entrance to Plitvice. Really beautiful nature and environment around the accommodation. Very nice and helpful staff.

The property was in the most perfect location for our trip to Plitvice Lakes. We were informed about the 3rd entrance to the national park and this was only a short walk away and there was no queue so that was a bonus. The property was interesting and the room was large and clean. The spa was a little run down but the outdoor jacuzzi was nice.

We liked the mini farm they had at the hotel grounds. All of the staff were kind and helpful. Close to the hotel there is an Entrance 3 to get into the Plitvice national park. It's very useful having it this close. Plenty of parking. The breakfast was good. Dog friendly place!

What a fantastic place to stay. Wish we had stayed longer. Set in the heart of the National Park, only a short walk from a quieter entrance into the park. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful with what hikes to do, the food in the restaurant was top quality and the rooms were stunning. I would highly recommend a stay here.
