Bed and Breakfast Overview

Located in the heart of UNESCO-protected National Park Plitvička Jezera, about 400 metres from the highest waterfall and 300 meters from the entrance, B&B Villa Plitvica features air-conditioned rooms with balconies overlooking the surrounding nature.
All rooms come with a wardrobe and parquet floors, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Rooms are brightly furnished while the balconies offer views of the mountains and the greenery.
The property is just off State Road 1 in a quiet Plitvica Selo Village. Restaurants and souvenir shops are part of the National Park, all within walking distance.
Guests can enjoy walks in the surrounding forests, which are full of hiking trails. They also provide a stream with drinking water and abundant wildlife, fish and crabs.
Free private parking is available. A1 Motorway offering links to Zagreb and Western Europe can be accessed 55 km from B&B Villa Plitvica.

Gorgeous location and a delightful room. Our host explained the best way to see the Plitvice Lakes and her advice was invaluable.

Host was lovely and kind enough to see us on arrival even though we arrived late in the evening. Room was clean and lots of space. Parking spaces available and we were able to leave our luggage and car whilst we explored the area. Breakfast was also great. Host very accommodating, would highly recommend

Very cozy room and super clean. Lots of space for bags. The breakfast (€15) was excellent with a mix of cereals, cheeses, coffee/juice, yoghurt and eggs - highly recommend buying this as an add on as the B&B is a bit more remote than most of the accommodation on the other side of the lakes (near Entrances 1&2) and there are no facilities for making your own meals. Entrance 3 to the Park is only 5 minutes away (downhill) and you can buy a ticket online to avoid the crowds and go in here. If you want to get dinner in the evening we went over to the lodge next door and ate there. It was great! Homestyle set menu meals (choice of meat or fish) and they keep you topped up with complimentary schnapps! Around €35pp. Awesome stay!

Super clean and quiet place. The beds were also very comfy. The best part was the hosts, the friendlist people we ever encountered in the balcans, they will give their best to help you with anything you need.
