Owner was very welcome. Rooms are big and nice. Location is great as well - you can walk to the entrance near the village and can walk to the top of great waterfall. Very quiet place, with no light or noice pollution. Car can be leftat a parking near the house. There were small nuances, but for sure it's a great value for such price.

The B&B is near entrance 3 if the plitvice national park, you can walk there and get in with a ticket for entrance 1 or 2 (we tried and it worked). The B&B is very clean and you have a water boiler in the room. Additionally, free parking is provided (so you save some money by not paying parking fee at entrance 1 or 2). You can book breakfast, if you want (12 Euro per person, nothing special). The lady is very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and in good location for our 2 night stay walking distance to entrance 3 (need to have pre-purchased Plitvice National Park entry tickets). From entrance 3, you can take the electric boat down to the main Falls.

Very clean and comfortable room. The host was outstandingly kind: we had flight issues and she was still very flexible. The breakfast was simple but complete: bread, cereals, vegetables, charcuterie and cheese. We can only recommend this hidden gem!

A private room with ensuite in a lovely quiet location, walking distance to the lesser known Entrance 3. The accommodation is as described, so be aware you need to bring your own food and drinks with you, apart from breakfast that you can pay for at the property. We drove a few minutes to a nice tavern for a meal one night, the other we were tired from the park so just made ourselves a cheese platter and sat on the balcony enjoying the peace and quiet. The host is lovely, and speaks Croatian and German, so being Australian, after some confusion and laughter we managed to communicate enough to get by!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed - comfortable. The balcony was an additional advantage. The distance to the entrance N3 to the park was reachable on foot, though it was not too close (it is better to drive by car and park it just before the entrance). I liked the place and it met all my expectations.
