Spacious rooms, very clean, right in the city center walking area. The building consists of couple of blocks and entrances. It was tricky to understand which one to use.

The hotel is new built ,very clean and has a very good location. The staff is very friendly , cheerful and I definitely will stay there if I have to go to Pleven. I highly recommend it.

Brand new hotel and very spacious apartment room. Very clean, bravo to the cleaning staff. Reception staff was kind and helped us find a parking spot when the garage was full. Location is ideal downtown which has pros and cons.

Very kind and nice staff, super location for our trip, quiet rooms in the center of Pleven. New and very clean hotel, I hope next time we can visit the restaurant as well. Underground parking is a super convenience.

The location is hard to beat and the parking in the heart of the city is a bonus. Rooms are modern and clean. Beds are comfortable and large, even in the single room.
