I highly recommend this hotel. The room was clean, well-equipped, and located in a park area. The parking is secure. We will definitely return here.

the food was excellent and also the kitchen staff so helpful and kind, inside the room there is everything you need shower caps, makeup removal cottons, slippers, EVERYTHING! we loved it and we would definitely come again when we visit Bulgaria

The Manager was so keen on us,he even participated In a lately served breakfast, which has been so rich and delicious. No doubt,that's the best place,where u have to be in Pleven.

Staff in reception were very obliging . Always pleasant and helpful . The cleaners were very respectful , would always knock . Clean bedding every other day & fresh towels daily . Which was excellent for a 4 star . Staff in breakfast area were also very friendly .

Easy to reach by car and yet quiet and surrounded by nature. A lovely, comfortable suite. Plus a beautiful swimming pool and a very tasty restaurant. The hotel team made the stay perfect.

The hotel is located in park Kailaka, which is not close to the city center. But it’s very calm and peaceful place and if you want to rest and sleep well this place is perfect. The swimming pool is free for the guest of the hotel but it’s only outdoor. The rooms are ok
