The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning and loved the convenient location in the very city centre.

The location is perfect, just couple of minutes walk to the central walking area. The room was modern, cozy, clean and the comfortable. They provided free safe parking for our motorcycles. Staff very friendly! Non stop shop nearby. We would really recommend this hotel.

Huge room, very clean and close to the city centre. Parking outside on the street next to the hotel. Breakfast for an extra 10lev pp was chosen from a menu. The staff were quick to deal with an issue in the room and upgraded us.

Hotel is centrally located and offers great rooms. Comfortable beds, amazing bath very considerate service overall, breakfast was above average for smaller hotels. Room quality / general areas was excellent Very clean Parking available The staff were very friendly, far more so than anywhere we visited in Pleven which made the hotel stand out positively..
