Please note that at dinner gentlemen are required to wear long trousers, and shirts or T-shirts with sleeves.One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.Cribs are subject to availability. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib.

Standard Canaries all inc really - unlimited drinks (good coffee at the adult's pool bar and fizz!), unlimited food with various offerings at different bars, choices of pools. Room was a good size and we had a great view.

Nice and clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. General facilities was nice and staff was quick to keep up in the restaurants constantly cleaning tables. So personal service was great on absolutely all levels. Pool area had a good layout too and didn’t have any problems getting a sun bed after 9 was a good change from previous hotels we have stayed in.

The snack bar was a winner and we ate late breakfast/lunch there. The majority of staff were lovely and helpful. The entertainment was good on a few nights. Room cleaned every day and a change of bedding and towels done once in a week’s stay.

Fabulous location for a beach holiday, but also well located for exploring the southern half of the island by car. Outdoor areas (pools and gardens) were very well maintained. Plenty of staff in all areas, the vast majority of whom were very friendly and efficient. In particular, Ivan and Erik in the Sports bar and night time bar in the main pool were fabulous.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The food was delicious and there were many options to choose from. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the cleaners did a very good job every day. The view from our room was breathtaking, I woke up every morning to have my coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise. We definitely will be back once.

Great location, friendly staff and fantastic view from front row sea view bedrooms. Food was good and varied and all inclusive drinks a bonus. A technical problem with no hot water in the room was promptly resolved and a bottle of good wine arrived with apology.
