My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and we had a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Christina at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful and always wore a warm smile. Her assistance made our check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The food offered at the hotel was delightful, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. We particularly enjoyed the themed dinners that showcased local cuisine. The activities available were also fantastic, providing entertainment for the entire family, from kids to adults. Our accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring we had a restful stay after a day of exploration and fun. Overall, our experience was beyond our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a wonderful getaway!

They’d just reopened for the season so some of the entertainment didn’t start before the end of our week. However staff were all amazing, the food was excellent and the general facilities very good.

the food was great. the people that work there are polite and great service too But the White L ....... the other side of the resort , the toilet smells and actually perceive the odour immediately you enter the reception.

24/7 Sports bar with snacks was excellent. Restaurant opening times also good. Fridge refilled with drinks everyday. Close to playa den bossa area for plenty of nightlife, 10-15 minute walk All inclusive exceptional for the price

We have been staying at Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa every summer since 2019, and overall, we’ve always had a pleasant experience. The resort’s atmosphere and amenities consistently draw us back. However, this year we encountered a few issues that impacted our stay, and I would like to share them. I sincerely hope that the hotel management takes these issues into consideration and works to improve the service for future guests. We still love Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa, but if these problems aren’t addressed, we might reconsider returning next year.
