The orientation of the rooms and the pool. The pool and the loungers! A stones throw away from the Cita and Yumbo centres which was great!

The location is ideal - 10 mins from the Yumbo. 3 minutes from the Cita. Quiet road and not overlooked. Attractive grounds with clean pool and plenty of seating/laying areas. Broadly comfortable and peaceful. Were lucky to have great, fellow-vacationing neighbours onsite.

Everything was perfect. Nice place, nice garden with pool, very private. Close to everything. 5min walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. If I ever back to Maspalomas, for sure I will rent the room here again.

Had a great time in this wonderful small resort with excellent facilities. Great pool, shower and bed and appartement was we equipped and nicely decorated. Location was near the beach and Yumbo and Cita. I would recommend this place to everyone!

The location is amazing close to all the fun places but also the beach. Pool and outside area are great and very clean. Overall good price to quality ratio.
