Everything from check in to check out. The food and service was excellent from choice to quality. Lovely room, balcony and bathroom. Attentive maid service and cleaning. Bar and restaurant manager and staff were so friendly, welcoming and hard working. Great location. Our second visit.

This is our fourth visit and the hotel is fantastic!! The staff were incredible over Christmas and the range of special food and entertainment was of superb quality.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Reception and restaurant staff make an effort every day to be receptive to all their guests. The location is excellent adjacent to the Yumbo , with access via rear entrance. Importantly the rooms are nice and fresh and have good sound insulation from the Yumbo. I had half board so lots of choices for breakfast and dinner, I’d say dinner caters well for German tastes, so lots of pork/meat options.

New property. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool and sauna facilities. Caroline on the main desk was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable.

Very close to the Yumbo centre with an entrance straight to the centre. Very quiet considering how many rooms their air and their location. The pool and sun bed set up serviced a lot of the guest adequately and with plenty of sun time during the day, and umbrellas if limiting sun time. Happy hour drinks are bought around at the pool. The staff were mostly very friendly.
