This is a well-run, smart and efficient place to stay. Spotlessly clean, quiet, and very well located for restaurants, shops etc. The pool is truly superb - monitored, clean and with ample seating, sun loungers, parasols etc.

Second time staying here.. really nice place friendly staff and everything you need. Pool is also very quiet you dnt have to fight over a subbed etc. really close to the beach restaurants and shops.

The swimming pool is nice and big. Everything else is a bit outdated (but if you're being realistic, that's also what we could expect at Playa del Ingles). The gentleman who was on duty when we arrived in the evening was very friendly and helpful (he assisted us in getting Netflix on the TV).

Receptionist was very friendly and effecient. We were allowed into the apartment as soon as we arrived and didnt have to wait until the offical check-in of 4pm.
