Eugenia Victoria is 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Gran Canaria’s lively Playa del Inglés. It offers a free beach shuttle bus, and has an outdoor pool and spa.

Everything was great! Especially the towels, spa area and the stuff - big value! Great variaty of the foods during breakfast and dinner. Nice location in short walking distance to everything.

The hotel is really clean, staff was mostly nice. Our housekeeper lady was super friendly and the restaurant team also really good. Few grumpy man at the bar in the evening Evening entertainment was very good, the animation team is great

The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite, all of them! receptionists, maintenance service, room cleaning, etc.... The girls of "Pool Bar" are very friendly and funny, they sing and dance, always with South American music, "My love" "Darling" "Hola cariño" they brighten your day 😃 , they should have a salary increase! My television had to be changed and José Miguel did it in a moment, I had not wait for long! The buffet is wonderful, the same the SPA and pool facilities!

Large clean bedrooms and plenty of sunbeds available . Free use of spa is plus . Good facilities for kids , ie nice play area , pools . Snack bar great and fantastic burgers . Also they have fresh to order bar ie tapas , Caesar salads etc . All inclusive drinks were okay , only tried beer , wine and G and T , so can’t comment on the rest . Girls around the pool bar were lovejy , smiling , singing and welcoming .

My room was 248 and I loved it. The cleaner was very friendly. I loved the atmosphere at the pool and the reception staff were very helpful.

Everything was amazing, from the staff to the hotel facilities, spa was great but also 2 outdoor jaccuzi's to enjoy,if you are like me and prefer to be in the sun. Great place for children, with 2 little pools(one really shallow for babies),great playground, amazing mini golf and football court. I would go back at any minute to be fair
