The property was close to everything we needed, and had most things you would need to enjoy your stay. It was quiet and very clean, and the staff were lovely. It had a nice view of the pool and the beds were very comfortable.

We arrived after reception closed so with a quick call to their number we got the code for the lock box to get the keys. The apartments are well back from the road so they're very quiet. There's a lift, which is a great help luggage wise on arrival and departure. There's a spaciuos living area, balcony and shower. The kitchen area has a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, kettle and filter coffee machine. The key to a valuables safe in the room is available at extra cost. The staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. It's just 5 minutes walk to the Yumbo centre, less than that to the supermarket and 15 minutes to the Playa del Ingles beach.

Location to the Yumbo is excellent. Shortish walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly. Apartment was serviced daily. Nice pool area too.

Great location next to yumbo centre and five mins downhill to the beach. Handy for restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Good transport links to and from airport Have stayed here about four times now.

Pool is very quiet , clean and spacious. Two single beds and a fold down , ideal for a couple . Basic but everything was there that needed . Good location but Yumbo ain't for everyone, the airport bus stops 100m away !! No air con but a fan was provided when asked for , staff helpful and cleaners very good . Cheap cheerful and great local

Third time there. The best location ever. Very helpful staff on reception. A place super clean, women cleans apartment all day. Yumbo Center with nightlife just around the corner (there is a lot of places opened even on the morning for breakfast if somebody is lazy to prepare breakfast in apartment where is much better because every apartment has a balcony). Swimming pool included and busy even on October (for those who doesn't like to walk for the beach at ocean - 12 minutes walk down). Place I will always recommend, and can't wait for another visit. Thanks ladies for everything. Very good supermarket as well just on the left side from the building with everything what your need to buy.

The apartment was well equipped. You get what you pay for, but it was clean and the pool was lovely. Two great restaurants right on the doorstep one a Chinese the other an Irish bar.
